Melanie Lahti, Founder

Melanie began her recruiting career at D. E. Shaw Research, a highly selective computational biochemistry research group, where she led software recruitment and designed the firm’s first successful diversity and inclusion strategy.  She then joined the admissions team at the Yale School of Management where she focused on data integrity and analysis, in addition to the recruitment, evaluation, and selection of students.  Melanie holds a B.A. in music from Yale University and an M.M. in clarinet performance from the University of Cincinnati-College Conservatory of Music.  Over the course of her career she has developed an affinity for people analytics and behavioral design, and enjoys exploring their potential impact on human capital processes.
